How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days within Australia. Express delivery (1–3 business days) is available at checkout depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders over $50. You'll see your progress towards free shipping in the cart.

What material do you use?

Most of our fidgets are printed in eco-friendly PLA (polylactic acid) filament — a plant-based, biodegradable plastic that's lightweight, durable, and safe for all ages.

Do you offer custom colours?

Yes — send us your preferred colours via the contact page and we'll confirm availability. Custom prints typically add 1–2 business days to dispatch.

Can I order more than one of the same fidget?

Absolutely. Use the quantity selector on the product card, or open the cart and use the +/− buttons to set any quantity from 1 to 99 per item.

Do you do bulk or classroom orders?

Yes — for orders of 20+ units, contact us for a custom quote and lead time. We work with schools, therapists, and gift programs.

What's your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Full details on our returns page.

3D printing is a process of building three-dimensional objects layer by layer from a digital model — it lets us make small batches of detailed, intricate fidgets without waste.
